theaugmentedmaison.com has been rebuilt. The articles you’ve received over the past months are all there, in a reading environment composed for the kind of attention I’m asking from you — no banners, no popups, no recommended-for-you sidebar.

The principal addition is an agent.
It lives on the home page. It draws on everything I’ve written — the method, the AUGMA specifications, the position on agentic commerce, the pieces on clienteling, the FAQ I’ve been asked most often by Maisons exploring how to work together.
It answers in the same register as the articles. It will tell you what it doesn’t know rather than invent.
Some questions deserve a long letter from me. Others deserve a quick answer. The agent handles the second kind — and shortens the path to the first, since you can ask it to forward a message.
What hasn’t changed
The cadence — roughly one editorial piece every two to three weeks. The voice. The position. And the principle that has guided every piece since the beginning: no client work in print, no advertising, no platform incentives I can’t see.
If you’ve meant to write back, the door is open. You can reply directly to this email, or speak with the agent. Same destination.
