Luxury AI Advisory & Intelligence
AI Visibility → AI Desirability → Agentic Commerce
We help Luxury Maisons understand and shape how AI discovers, describes, recommends and increasingly acts on their brands.
When Heritage meets Agentic Intelligence
AI is becoming a new interface between Luxury Maisons and their clients.
Clients now bring generative AI the questions they once reserved for search engines, sales advisors or trusted friends. AI is moving from answering to recommending, then to acting. A Maison must therefore manage, beyond its digital presence, how the machine reads it, rates its desirability and acts for its clients.
Three questions now define the new luxury client journey.
Our framework
From being found, to being chosen, to being ready for action.
- AI Visibility
Can AI find you?
We assess how visible and accurately represented a Maison is across generative AI and AI-powered search, including factual accuracy, source authority, competitive presence, narrative consistency and exposure to substitution.
- Share of AI
- Source authority
- Factual accuracy
- Competitive presence
- Narrative consistency
- AI Desirability
Will AI choose you?
Once a Maison is found, we analyse whether AI understands and communicates the attributes that create luxury desirability: heritage, savoir-faire, exclusivity, cultural relevance and narrative authority.
- Heritage
- Savoir-faire
- Exclusivity
- Cultural relevance
- Narrative authority
- Agentic Commerce
Are you ready when AI acts?
AI now compares, selects and acts on behalf of clients. We help Maisons define the data, content, governance and unified commerce foundations this new interface requires.
- Agent readiness
- Data and content
- Brand governance
- Unified commerce
- Client experience

The interface is part of the thesis: AI will increasingly stand between brands and their audiences. Ask about our approach, research, capabilities or perspective on Luxury and AI.

Intelligence
A point of view built on evidence.
Our research examines how generative AI interprets Luxury. It measures whether a Maison appears, then how the machine translates its heritage, desirability and authority into a recommendation.

Founder perspective
A practice built from inside the Maisons.
Sébastien Pagès founded The Augmented Maison. A Luxury Digital & AI executive, he combines strategic advisory with more than twenty years in digital, sixteen of them inside Diptyque, Christie's, Christian Dior Couture and Vilebrequin.
At Diptyque, as an Executive Committee member, he led the global digital and e-commerce transformation: e-commerce revenue grew eightfold and the unified commerce model was designed as an extension of the boutique experience. At Christie's, he doubled online sales to 75 million dollars.
